Your key figures on one screen in Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau, updated automatically.
What it is
Most teams spend hours each week exporting figures and pasting them into spreadsheets. By the time the report is ready, the numbers are out of date, and different people quote different figures.
We build dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau that pull from your shop, CRM, accounts and marketing tools and update on a schedule. Each one is designed for the people who use it, with the figures they check most at the top.
Need the systems behind it set up first? See Accounting and finance systems and CRM systems. Need website data you can trust? See Analytics and tracking. Got a bigger question to answer? See Data analysis.
Who it’s for
Owners who want one view of the business, managers who spend too long building reports, and teams who quote different numbers for the same thing.
Dashboards we can build
For example:
- A weekly sales and margin dashboard, from Shopify or WooCommerce and Xero.
- A marketing dashboard showing spend, leads and sales by channel, from GA4, your ad accounts and HubSpot.
- A cash dashboard showing what’s owed, what’s due and what’s overdue, from Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or NetSuite.
- A sales pipeline dashboard showing deals by stage and owner, from HubSpot.
What’s included
- Agreed measures: the figures each dashboard shows, with one clear definition for each. See KPI frameworks.
- Tool choice: Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau, chosen to fit the systems you use and your budget. We explain why.
- Data connections: your systems connected, so figures update automatically on a schedule. See Data connectors.
- Design: clear layouts built around the people who use them, with the most important figures first.
- Testing: every figure checked against your source systems before go-live.
- Training and handover: a walkthrough for your team and a plain-English guide to every figure.
What you get
- Dashboards in your own account
- Figures that update automatically
- One definition for each measure
- Access set up by role
- Training and a plain-English guide
What we measure
- Hours spent building reports by hand
- Dashboard views each week
- Data freshness
- Failed refreshes
- Figures that match the source systems
Done properly
- Role-based access: each person sees only what their role needs, set up from the start and reviewed as people join and leave.
- Data minimisation: dashboards only bring in the data they need, and show totals and groups rather than named people wherever possible.
- Your data and dashboards stay yours: we build in your own accounts, so you keep everything, and we don’t keep copies after the work ends.
Questions
Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau?
It depends on the tools you already use. Looker Studio is free and connects natively to Google tools such as GA4, Google Sheets and BigQuery. Looker Studio Pro is $9 per user, per Google Cloud project, per month. Power BI fits naturally with Microsoft 365. For Power BI and Tableau, we explain which licences you’d need before you commit.
Who pays for the licences?
You hold the licences for Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio Pro and any connector tools in your own accounts, and pay the provider directly. We don’t resell them.
How up to date are the figures?
It depends on the source and the tool. We agree a refresh schedule with you, and each dashboard shows when its figures were last updated.
Can we change a dashboard later?
Yes. It’s in your account, so your team can change it. We can also make changes for you as part of a support plan.
Pricing: a KPI workshop from £750 + VAT. Dashboard projects from £2,500 + VAT, with the scope and price agreed upfront. Support and updates from £350 + VAT a month. Licences are paid directly to the provider. Every project starts with a free audit.
