One clear view of your business, updated automatically.
Most businesses build reports by hand: exporting figures, pasting them into spreadsheets and checking they add up. We connect your shop, CRM, accounts and marketing tools to dashboards that update themselves, built around the handful of figures that matter. Your team opens one screen and sees how things are going.

One team, start to finish
One partner from scattered figures to one clear view
The same team agrees your measures, connects your data, builds your dashboards and trains your team, so nothing gets lost between suppliers. Everything is delivered in-house by Studios 6.
- A free audit of your data and reporting

Analysis or BI?
Dashboards every day, or answers now
- Business intelligence builds always-on dashboards that update themselves, so your team can see the numbers every day.
- Data analysis answers specific questions. You get a one-off or regular report with recommendations on what to do next.
Many businesses start with analysis, then put the figures they check most often on a dashboard.
What we do
Platforms we work with
We build dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI and Tableau, and connect Excel and Google Sheets where your team prefers them. We bring in data from GA4, Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Xero, QuickBooks, Sage and NetSuite, using built-in connectors first and Supermetrics, Fivetran or Airbyte where they’re needed. When data needs a central home, we use BigQuery, Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric: see Data warehousing. We recommend what suits your business, and explain why.

How we work
Audit, measure, connect, build, train
01
Free audit
We look at how you report today and which figures matter most. It’s free.
02
Agree the measures
We agree in writing what each dashboard shows, who it’s for, and the price.
03
Connect the data
We connect your systems and check the figures match the source.
04
Build and test
We build the dashboards and test them with the people who will use them.
05
Train and support
We train your team, hand over a plain-English guide and stay on hand for changes.
Done properly
Dashboards only help if people trust the figures, and trust how their data is handled. This is what we design around:
- Role-based access: each person sees only what their role needs, set up from the start and reviewed as people join and leave.
- UK GDPR: we agree a clear purpose for each dashboard before we build it, and only use personal data in ways that fit that purpose.
- Data minimisation: dashboards only bring in the data they need, and show totals and groups rather than named people wherever possible.
- Secure access: named accounts, read-only wherever possible, and our access removed when the work ends.
- Your data and dashboards stay yours: we build in your own accounts, so you keep everything, and we don’t keep copies after the work ends.
We’re not lawyers. We work carefully, and tell you when you need specialist advice. More detail: Data connectors and Self-serve reporting.
How business intelligence connects to our other services
- Data analysis: deeper answers to the questions your dashboards raise, and Data warehousing to bring your data together.
- Digital marketing: campaigns measured on sales, not clicks, with Analytics and tracking you can trust.
- Digital transformation: the right systems underneath, such as CRM systems and Accounting and finance systems, so your dashboards start from good data.
- Automation: systems connected through Integrations, so data flows without retyping.
- Web development: websites and shops that record what visitors do and buy.
Questions
What’s the difference between business intelligence and data analysis?
Business intelligence builds always-on dashboards that update themselves. Data analysis answers specific questions, once or on a regular schedule, and ends with recommendations. See Data analysis.
Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau?
It depends on the tools you already use. Looker Studio is free and connects natively to Google tools such as GA4, Google Sheets and BigQuery. Power BI fits naturally with Microsoft 365. We recommend one, explain why, and tell you which licences you’d need. See Dashboards.
Where do we start?
With a free audit. We look at how you report today and which figures matter most, and tell you what we’d build first.
Who owns the dashboards?
You do. We build them in your own accounts, you hold the licences, and we remove our access when the work ends. We don’t resell licences.
Do we need a data warehouse?
Not always. Many dashboards connect straight to your systems. We’ll tell you honestly if a warehouse would help. See Data warehousing.
Pricing: a free audit first. A KPI workshop from £750 + VAT. Dashboard projects from £2,500 + VAT, with the scope and price agreed upfront. Support and updates from £350 + VAT a month. Licences are paid directly to the provider.
