- Role-based access: each person sees only what their role needs, set up from the start and reviewed as people join and leave.

Questions
Won’t people break the reports?
No. The shared reports are protected. People can filter, explore and save their own views without changing the master version.
Does our team need technical skills?
No. If they can use a spreadsheet, they can use these reports. We train them on your own data.
What does training look like?
Hands-on sessions of about 2 hours, on site or online, using your own dashboards. You also get short how-to guides to come back to.
Can people still use Excel?
Yes. We can connect Excel or Google Sheets to the same agreed figures, so spreadsheets and dashboards match.
Pricing: a KPI workshop from £750 + VAT. Dashboard projects from £2,500 + VAT, with the scope and price agreed upfront. Support and updates from £350 + VAT a month. Licences are paid directly to the provider. Every project starts with a free audit.
