Creator campaigns and user-generated content that build trust, labelled properly.
What it is
People trust people. Influencer marketing pays or gifts creators to feature your brand for their followers. User-generated content (UGC) is video and photos made by creators or customers that you use in your own ads and posts.
We find the right creators, brief them, manage the campaign and make sure everything is labelled properly.
Who it’s for
Consumer brands and online shops, especially on Instagram and TikTok, and any brand that needs more authentic content for its ads.
What we run
- Creator campaigns: finding and vetting creators who fit your brand and audience, from small creators to bigger names.
- UGC: creator videos made for your ads and social channels, with usage rights agreed upfront.
- Affiliate creators: creators who earn commission on sales, for example through TikTok Shop. See Ecommerce and marketplaces.
- Creator content in ads: running creator videos as ads on Meta and TikTok, with permission. See Paid social.

Done properly
Under ASA and CMA guidance (updated August 2025), anything incentivised (payment, gifts, free products, affiliate links or discount codes) must be clearly labelled upfront, whatever the creator’s follower count. #ad, “advert” and “paid partnership” are acceptable. “Collab”, “spon”, “thanks X”, a bare brand tag, or #gifted or #aff on their own are not. We build this into every brief and check posts before and after they go live.
Questions
Do small creators need to use #ad?
Yes. The rules apply whatever the follower count, if the creator has been paid, gifted or incentivised in any way.
Is #gifted enough?
Not on its own. Gifted posts still need a clear upfront label, such as #ad.
Can we use creator videos in our ads?
Yes, if the agreement covers it. We agree usage rights, including where and for how long, before any content is made.
How do you choose creators?
By fit, not follower count: their audience, content quality, values and past brand work.
Pricing: a monthly or per-campaign management fee from £750 + VAT, plus creator fees and any ad spend. You pay creators directly, at the rates we agree with you upfront. Minimum term 3 months. Every engagement starts with a free audit.
