AI that drafts, answers and sorts, built on ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft Copilot, with a person in the loop.
What it is
AI assistants can draft replies, answer common questions, sort enquiries and find information in your own documents. Built well, they take routine work off your team. Built carelessly, they give wrong answers nobody checks.
We build assistants for your team and chatbots for your website on ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft Copilot. Each one works from your approved information, hands over to a person when it should, and keeps a human in the loop wherever decisions affect people.

Who it’s for
Teams answering the same questions again and again, businesses with knowledge spread across documents and inboxes, and owners who’ve tried AI tools and want something built into how they work.
Example workflows
- For example: an assistant drafts replies to customer emails, and a person approves each one before it’s sent.
- For example: a website chatbot answers common questions about delivery and returns, and hands over to your team when it can’t help.
- For example: an internal assistant answers staff questions from your own policies and guides.
- For example: new enquiries are sorted by topic and sent to the right person.
What’s included
- Use case review: where an assistant would help, ranked by value and risk.
- Knowledge: the approved information it works from, checked and kept up to date.
- Build: an assistant or chatbot on ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft Copilot, with clear limits on what it can and can’t do.
- Handover: a clear route to a person, and a person reviewing anything that significantly affects someone.

Done properly
- Human in the loop by design: we design AI and automation with a human in the loop wherever decisions affect people, in line with UK GDPR and ICO guidance.
- Automated decisions: since 5 February 2026, UK GDPR Articles 22A–D set the rules for significant decisions about people made solely by software. People must be told, be able to make representations, get a human to step in and contest the decision. Special category data, such as health data, stays restricted.
- Human review: the ICO’s draft guidance on automated decision-making (March 2026; the consultation closed on 29 May 2026, so the final version may change) says human involvement only counts if a trained reviewer looks at each decision before it’s applied, understands the system and can change the outcome. Spot checks don’t count.
- Open about AI: our chatbots tell people they’re talking to AI and offer a way to reach a person.
Questions
Will a chatbot give wrong answers?
Any AI can get things wrong. We limit it to your approved information, test it with real questions, review conversations and make it easy to reach a person.
Which AI should we use?
It depends on your systems and what the assistant needs to do. Microsoft Copilot fits naturally into Microsoft 365. ChatGPT and Claude are strong general assistants. We recommend one in the audit, and explain why.
Can AI make decisions about customers or staff?
Where a decision has a significant effect on someone, UK GDPR Articles 22A–D require safeguards, including a way to get a human to step in. We design it so a trained person reviews those decisions before they’re applied.
Is our data safe?
It depends on the tool, the account type and its settings. We use business accounts with the right data settings, and only give the assistant the information it needs.
Pricing: bigger projects start with a fixed-price discovery from £500 + VAT. Projects from £750 + VAT, with the scope and price agreed upfront. Monitoring and support from £200 + VAT a month. Every project starts with a free audit.
