Which tool should we use?
It depends on the systems you use and how complex the work is. Zapier and Make connect lots of common apps. n8n can run on your own server, which suits some data needs. Power Automate fits naturally into Microsoft 365. We recommend one in the audit, and explain why.
What happens if a workflow breaks?
You’re told. Every workflow has error alerts to a named person, and support plans include fixing problems. We respond within 4 working hours if a workflow has stopped, and within 1 working day for everything else.
Do we pay for the automation tool separately?
Yes. You hold the subscription for Zapier, Make, n8n or Power Automate in your own account, and pay the provider directly. We don’t resell them.
Can our team change the workflows later?
Yes. We document each one in plain English and show your team how to make simple changes safely.
Pricing: bigger projects start with a fixed-price discovery from £500 + VAT. Projects from £750 + VAT, with the scope and price agreed upfront. Monitoring and support from £200 + VAT a month. Every project starts with a free audit.
