Every report depends on getting data out of your systems. Exporting files by hand is slow, easy to get wrong and always out of date.
We connect GA4, your ad accounts, Shopify, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Xero, QuickBooks, Sage and NetSuite to your reporting. We use built-in connectors first, such as Looker Studio’s native Google connectors, and add Supermetrics, Fivetran or Airbyte where they’re needed. Done properly
- Secure access: named accounts, read-only wherever possible, and our access removed when the work ends.
- Data minimisation: dashboards only bring in the data they need, and show totals and groups rather than named people wherever possible.
- Alerts: a named person is told if a connection fails, so reports never go quietly out of date.
Questions
What’s the difference between a data connector and an integration?
An integration moves data between your everyday systems, such as orders from your shop into your accounts. A data connector feeds your reports and dashboards. See Integrations.
Do connector tools cost extra?
Some do. Looker Studio’s native Google connectors are free. Partner connectors such as Supermetrics are often paid. You hold the licences for Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio Pro and any connector tools in your own accounts, and pay the provider directly. We don’t resell them.
What if a system has no ready-made connector?
We look at what the system allows, such as an API or scheduled exports, and tell you honestly what’s possible.
Do we need a data warehouse?
Not always. If your reports only need one or two systems, a direct connection may be enough. See Data warehousing.
Pricing: connector projects from £1,000 + VAT, with the scope and price agreed upfront. Monitoring and support from £150 + VAT a month. Connector subscriptions are paid directly to the provider. Every project starts with a free audit.
