Done properly
UK GDPR requires you to keep personal data secure. We switch on multi-factor sign-in, set sensible sharing rules and limit admin access. These also cover much of what Cyber Essentials checks. See Cyber security.
Questions
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
Both work well. Microsoft 365 suits teams that live in Word, Excel and Outlook. Google Workspace suits teams that prefer working in the browser. We recommend one in the audit, and explain why.
Will we lose email during the move?
We plan the switch carefully and move your old email across, so day-to-day disruption is kept as low as possible.
Can you look after it afterwards?
Yes, on a monthly support plan. It covers adding and removing users, security updates and checks, and help for your team when something isn’t working.
Do you supply the licences?
No. You buy the licences for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace directly and hold them in your own account. We don’t resell them, but we help you choose the right ones.
Pricing: bigger projects start with a fixed-price discovery from £1,500 + VAT. Projects from £2,500 + VAT, with the scope and price agreed upfront. Support from £250 + VAT a month. Every project starts with a free audit.
