A website needs looking after: software updates, backups, security checks and the odd change. A care plan covers all of it for a monthly fee, so problems are caught early and small jobs get done.
We look after WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify sites, whether or not we built them.

What’s included
- Hosting: you keep your hosting account in your name. We manage it, or help you move to a better host.
- Updates: WordPress, themes, plugins and Shopify apps updated safely, tested on a private copy first where possible.
- Backups: regular backups stored away from the website, with tested restores. Daily for online shops, weekly for other sites.
- Security: monitoring, login protection and a fast response if something goes wrong.
- Monitoring: uptime and speed checks, with alerts.
- Small changes: up to 30 minutes of small changes each month, such as text, images or opening hours (1 hour on the Business plan).

Done properly
Your website holds personal data, such as form entries and customer accounts, and UK GDPR requires you to keep it secure. Care plans cover the basics: updates, backups, login protection and monitoring.
Questions
Do Shopify stores need a care plan?
Less than WordPress sites, because Shopify looks after hosting and its own security updates. A plan still covers apps, theme updates, small changes and monitoring.
What happens if our site is hacked?
We restore a clean backup, fix the cause and tell you what happened. Restoring a backup is included. Finding and fixing the cause is quoted before we start.
Can you look after a site you didn’t build?
Yes. We start with a free audit to check its health, then fix anything urgent before the plan begins.
Is there a minimum term?
3 months, then it rolls monthly. Cancel any time after that with 30 days’ notice.
Pricing: Essential from £75 + VAT a month, with 30 minutes of small changes. Business from £150 + VAT a month, with 1 hour of changes. Shop from £250 + VAT a month, with daily backups and priority response. Every plan starts with a free audit.
